Every 25 g of LACTAN-AIZ of contains:

DI-lipoic acid 1200 mg

Vitamin B1 500 mg

Pantothenic acid 450 mg

Riboflavin 35 mg

Niacin 35 mg

DOSAGE

One sachet daily for two days.
Then feed 0.5 - 1 sachet as needed during races and muscular efforts.
